Road Maintenance Activities on the Umatilla National Forest

AMENDMENT 02 adds updates to the Service Contract Act Wage Determinations that were included in the solicitation. You are going to want to use the updated Wage Determinations for your pricing in your quote. AMENDMENT 01 extends the Period of Performance for the work in this solicitation to July 15, 2025. Road Maintenance Services for the Umatilla National Forest which includes blading single and double lane roads. Load, haul and place materials and roadway drainage systems maintenance. Contractor shall provide all equipment, supplies (other than government furnished materials), superintendence, materials, and labor necessary to complete the work in accordance with the specifications and drawings.

Work shall be conducted in accordance with the Standard Specifications as supplemented by the attached Forest Service Supplemental Specifications, the attached drawings, and the FAR Clauses listed in this solicitation.
