Procedure used to solicit and award a call order: This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement call request under BPA “WW/UMA Mechanical and Hand Thinning Fuels Reduction BPA 1240BE22A00XX”. This was a competitive request for quotes under a previously issued BPA to the contractors that were awarded hand thinning only. Only current BPA holders can quote the forthcoming call request.
Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to provide a call order that includes the B&B project that contains 430 acres of hand thinning and 44 acres hand piling on the Heppner Ranger District of the Umatilla NF. All work shall be completed by December 15, 2025.
