236220 Description of Work: GENERAL SCOPE OF THE PROJECT This Statement of Work defines the following Base Items:

1. Project Workplan/HASP and Materials Submittal;

2. Fabrication and installation of steel road closure gate;

3. Installation of provided informational sign;

4. Delivery and placement of access route blockage;

5. Technical Memo summarizing work accomplished.

PROJECT LOCATION: The site is located immediately adjacent to (west of) Highway 97 at the old Blewett townsite, approximately 12 miles south of Leavenworth, Washington, Highway Mile Post 174.05. Forest Service Road 511 extends westward from Highway 97 into Culver Gulch just south of the site. This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement call request on Northwest Facilities Maintenance (FMAC) “This is a competitive request for information under a previously issued BPA solicitation number Quote Package # 1204M320Q0041 for Region 6 (FMAC).
