CLE ELUM CXT TOILET CLEANING. CLE ELUM RANGER DISTRICT

The Contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, transportation, and licenses necessary to perform CXT Vault toilet cleaning at several recreation sites for the Cle Elum Ranger District. The Contractor shall at all times provide adequate supervision of employees ensuring all work is accomplished in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract in a manner that will maintain satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance.

The contract will commence on May 20, 2024 through September 11, 2024. This will be a one-year contract with 4 optional years. OPTIONAL YEARS ARE NOT GUARANTEED AND ARE BASED ON FUNDING AND THE CONTRACTOR’S PERFORMANCE THE PREVIOUS YEAR. Services are performed at recreational several sites within the Cle Elum Ranger District, Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. The following sites are as followed: Interstate-90 3 Sites. Map attached. Manastash Area 5 Sites. Map attached. Rachel Lake 1 Site. Map Attached. No Pre Bid Meeting will be held. Project Bidders are advised to visit the project site prior to bidding to be familiar with the projects road system and the access to each site.
