VEHICLE 3930 FLATBED COLVILLE NATIONAL FOREST

The Contractor shall a Fully Functional flatbed as described in the specifications installed on government furnished cab/chassis truck. Provide required flatbed as described in the specifications and as indicated on the attached Schedule of Items. Installation of specified flatbed onto government supplied cab/chassis. Warranty which covers defective parts and labor for no less than one year from government acceptance.

Certification of entire vehicle and placement of required final stage certification label onto the driver side door opening. This includes the manufactures name, date, weight information, and verification that no Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) have been altered. Vehicles located at Colville National Forest, Supervisors Office, 765 So. Main Colville WA. Government will transport vehicle to Spokane, WA area vendors.

Selected vendor is responsible for transport of vehicles from and returning to location above if installation facility is outside of Spokane area. This project is 100% set aside for Small Business. This is Firm Fixed Price Contract.
