(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (1240BD24Q0013) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as an Request for Quotation (RFQ) (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05. (iv) This procurement is set aside for Small Business Concerns.

The NAICS code is 321999 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500. DESCRIPTION The Cowlitz Ranger District located in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest has a requirement to purchase 600 Wood Planks for their Picnic Tables. PLANK SPECIFICATIONS 4"x10"x8' #1 btr, Kiln dried, Douglas Fir 100% Free of Heart Center Surfaced four sides to nominal dimensions (3-1/2" x 9-1/4") Precision end trimmed with square ends.

DELIVERY LOCATION, AND NEED BY DATE 1. Delivery FOB Destination before 24 JUNE 2024 Monday through Friday, between 7:00a.m. and 4:30 p.m. 2. Contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) 48 hours in advance of delivery. Contact James King at 360-497-1154 (c) 360-404-1026 A FORKLIFT IS ON SITE TO HELP UNLOAD PACKAGING Material shall be packed for shipment in such a manner that will ensure acceptance by common carriers and safe delivery at the destination.

Containers and closures shall comply with the Interstate Commerce Commission and Regulations, Uniform Freight Classification Rules, or Regulations of other carriers as applicable to the mode of transportation.
