THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING AMENDED TO CANCEL THE SOLICITATION. THIS SOLICITATION IS HEREBY CANCELED AS OF 01/24/2025. This is a Request for Proposal for construction services. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Southeast Area (SEA) Jamie Whitten Delta States Research Center (JWDSRC) located in Stoneville, MS., has a requirement for a new roof replacement on Bldg. 3. The work includes but is not limited to:

The contractor shall supply all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to install a new PVC or approved equal roof for Building 3 and provide a 20 year, no dollar limit warranty. as per the Statement of Work (SoW). The project is located at the USDA-ARS-SEA, JWDSRC, 141 Experiment Station Road, Stoneville, MS. 38776. The contractor shall provide a detailed technical proposal and detailed cost breakdown for the entire project.

The solicitation number is 12405B25R0008 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $45.0 M. Contractors shall not directly contact the facility to discuss this requirement. During the solicitation phase, contractors will be provided the opportunity for a site visit and to ask any relevant questions. Contractors are required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting a proposal. You can register on- line at www.sam.gov.
