AMENDMENT 01 - Is being issued to provide answers to questions received. Refer to Amendment 01 attachment. This is a Request for Proposal for construction services. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Southeast Area (SEA) U.S. Horticultural Research Laboratory, Fort Pierce, FL., has a requirement to perform multi-task related to painting of the main building eves, greenhouse covered walkways, exposed I beams, and install gutters and downspouts located at 2001 South Rock Road, Ft. Pierce, FL. 34945. The work includes but is not limited to:

The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, professional services, and supervision necessary to perform multi-task related to painting of the main building eves, greenhouse covered walkways, exposed I beams, and install gutters and downspouts as per the Statement of Work. The contractor shall provide a detailed technical proposal and cost breakdown for the entire project. The solicitation number is 12405B24R0018 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP).

The NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $45.0 M. Contractors shall not directly contact the facility to discuss this requirement. During the solicitation phase, contractors will be provided the opportunity for a site visit and to ask any relevant questions. Contractors are required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting a proposal. You can register on- line at www.sam.gov.
