The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food Safety Inspection Service (FSIS) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order to Mesa Laboratories, Inc. for Viewpoint Pro software and associated temperature monitoring system hardware, in support of the Office of Public Health and Safety (OPHS).  Please see the limited sources justification for more details on the requirement.

Any response to this notice must show clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
