Dear Prospective Offeror, The Embassy of the United States of America invites prospective hotels / resorts in Crossroad and near Male Maldives to submit Proposals for PR12337252 Provision of Conference facility and hotel rooms near Crossroads, Maldives. Please refer the attached file for SOW.

Prospective offerors should be compliant with below requirements and provide duly filled forms, certificates, and proofs along with their proposals. - Duly completed Express National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA Form) – Copy attached - Proof of complete registration under the business name in System for Award Management ( www.SAM.gov). As prescribed under FAR 4.1102 for offers over $30,000.

Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given.

Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. - Each offeror should have its own 5-star grade or above hotel / resort which has proven track records for hosting similar events and possess necessary infrastructure to accommodate requirements mentioned in the above Scope of Work. - Special point of contact who is authorized to arrange any urgent requirements during the time that the event is held. -Payment Terms Within 3-4 weeks upon completion of the event. -Deadline for offer submission _ April 3, 2024 at 12:00 hrs.

(Local time). No quotation will be accepted after this time. -Any Incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Email your quotation to the below email address on or before due date and time. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the lowest priced technically accepted offeror based on initial quotation without holding any further negotiations. However The US Government may hold discussions with offerors in the competitive range when there is a need to do so.
