Core Data Business Establishment Time Series for the United States

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1524 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of business establishment time series data for all of the businesses in the United States for use by ERS and all other USDA agencies for research and statistical purposes only. This list must contain business data for all establishments in the United States, from 1990 through 2025.

This acquisition  is not set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 519290    The small business size standard is 1000 employees.  This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement.  

The United States Department Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Economic Research Service (ERS), intends to award on a single source basis.

 All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Potential sources who believe they can provide the services listed are invited to submit a quotation by the response date listed, in accordance with the instructions provided herein.  All timely responses to this solicitation will be considered, however, the determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
