Description - This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1423 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for purchase and installation of Kubota Backhoe and accessories This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 333111 The small business size standard is 1250 employees This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

The government is looking to purchase, and have installed a Kubota backhoe, BH92 with the following accessories identified as needed: mounting kit, frame kit, quick coupler for 12” & 18” bucket, both the 12” & 18” buckets, Hydraulic kit and thumb kit. The tractor already has the loader installed.

The tractor is located at USDA National Peanut Research Lab 1011 Forrester Dr SE Dawson, GA 39842 There is no place on site for the installation to take place so the work will include picking the tractor up, and returning it after installation.
