Hazardous Waste Removal

The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the questions received and the Government’s responses into the solicitation for potential quoters’ review. These have been uploaded to the attachment sections titled C05_SolicitationQuestions_1232SA26Q1412. Photos of the barrels have been added as attachments as well.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1412  is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The USDA–ARS Grassland Soil & Water Research Laboratory is in need of hazardous waste removal. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, packaging, transportation, and disposal necessary to safely characterize, package, remove, transport, and dispose of hazardous, chemical, analytical, and laboratory waste listed in the attached statement of work (A04_SOW_1232SA26Q1412) – Work must comply fully with Federal, State, and local requirements governing hazardous waste management.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 562211  The small business size standard is $47m  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
