Single Quadrupole Gas Chromatograph – Mass Spectrometer

Description -

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1230-B is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 334516  The small business size standard is 1,000  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. 

See “Attachment 1 – SF-1449” for applicable clauses, instructions, and evaluation criteria. 

In order to be considered for award QUOTERS SHALL SUBMIT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

1. Submit Firm Fixed Price quotation (quote on company letterhead) detailing the supply and valid for at least 30 days after receipt of quote. All Supplies MUST have the Place of Manufacture listed for all items in their quote.
2. Submit attached SF-1449 with blocks 17a (company name and address), 30a, 30b, 30c, and individual Contract Line Items priced in full.
3. Submit Sam.gov Unique Entity ID (UEI) with quotation. 
4. Submit Capability Statement and technical documentation showing technical capability to meet or exceed ALL Performance Elements in the Specifications.

REJECTION OF QUOTATION: Failure to demonstrate compliance or to submit ALL items requested in solicitation will be cause to reject the quote without further consideration.
