AMD 001 has been submitted to extend to opportunity of quotes accepted and to add the following statement to the evaluation criteria: Used, reconditioned, or remanufactured equipment is acceptable for this acquisition, provided the equipment is fully functional, safe for operation, and meets all performance requirements identified in the RFQ.

Offerors must identify any used, reconditioned, or remanufactured components proposed for delivery and describe their condition, remaining useful life, and any prior refurbishment. The Government reserves the right to evaluate the suitability of such equipment and to request additional information consistent with customary commercial practices. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1141 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Roving & Rotor Spinning Frame (Brand Name Rieter F33 & R40 or Equal) This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 334516 The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
