Statement of Requirement To procure a device (bio calorimeter) capable of measuring the metabolic output or heat from small cells (living organisms) and bacteria.

This device must perform these functions with high-throughput capabilities and can maintain anoxic microenvironments for monitor metabolic output under anaerobic conditions. This requirement is subject to 52.225-5 Trade Agreements (Nov 2023) and 52.225-6 Trade Agreement Certificates ( Feb 2021).
