In the "Award Type" section page 12 of the SF1449 RFQ document it describes a anticipated Base+4 requirement. The requirement for RFQ 1232SA26Q0699 is a Base+4. The Base+1 identifier top of Page 3 of the SF1449 document is incorrect as is the Base+1 callout in Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement and QASP section 3.0.

Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement and QASP section 3.0 will be corrected on any subsequent award. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0699 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Turbine Maintenance Plan.

This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 811310. This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
