Description

As published on SAM.gov with the combined synopsis and solicitation of September 11, 2025.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

In accordance with the procedures in FAR Part 5 and 12, this Request for Quote (RFQ), number 1232SA25Q0833, is available through electronic commerce via the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. This RFQ is being issued under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333111 - Farm Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing. The applicable small business size standard is 1,250 employees.

The resulting purchase order will be a firm-fixed price with delivery within sixty (60) days of contract award. All deliveries shall be made FOB Destination to the location specified in the contract.

The resulting award will include one (1) line item as listed below:

Line Item 0001- Double Sided Poultry Super Brooder comparable to Manufacturer: Alternative Design Manufacturing & Supply, Inc., Part No. BRS-4T-38X31X15. FOB destination delivery, Quantity: 2, Unit: each (EA)              

This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 August 7, 2025 (Attachment 1).

Vendors are required to be active and registered in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov when submitting a quote and at time of award (FAR 52.204-7(b)(1).

The final day for question submissions is September 15, 2025, 10:00 AM Eastern Time. Questions must be submitted electronically, e-mailed to osvaldo.rodriguez@usda.gov.
