Description

This is a solicitation to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and transportation needed to complete the replacement of greenhouse controls for the USDA ARS in Ames, IA. All work shall be done in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions, drawings, statement of work (SOW) and other attachments set forth in the RFQ. IAW FAR 36.204 the estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.

Completion shall be 75 days after notice to proceed which will be issued after receipt of bonds which are due within 10 days after award. Dept. of Labor General Decision #IA20250074 dated 08/08/2025 is applicable to this contract This is a total small business set-aside. Please see the atttachments for instruction on how and when to respond, site visit information and RSVP instructions and other important information.
