This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA25Q0114 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business. The applicable NAICS Code for this procurement is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automatic and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a business size of $12.5 Million.
The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area has a need to purchase a Repair of Two Radiators on Standby Generators for Ft. Pierce, Florida. The Government intends to award firm fixed price purchase order. The requirements are in further detail in the attached Requirements Documents. RFQ 1232SA25Q0114 Attachment 01 Statement of Work Attachment 02 Wage Determination PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 60 days after Receipt of Order PERFORMANCE ADDRESS: USDA-ARS 2001 Rock Road Ft.
Pierce, Florida 39495 FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, is applicable to this acquisition. An addendum will be included in the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation of Offerors, is applicable to this acquisition. The Government will select the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable quote. In order to be considered for award, Offerors shall respond by addressing all of the requirements in the Request for Quotation (RFQ).
Have an Active SAM.gov registration and complete the Representations in FAR 52.212-3 and 52.204-24; the Representation and Certification section should also be completed electronically in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and no addendum has been added.
FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and applicable clauses within 52.212-5 to this acquisition have been marked with X’s. Other additional FAR Clauses determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices have been added to this synopsis/solicitation.
