Request for Information for USDA Secure Enclave Services This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) for informational and planning purposes only for the possibility of standing up a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This is NOT a solicitation, nor is it an announcement for a forthcoming solicitation. Submission of any information in response to this notification is purely voluntary.

The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred in providing a response. The USDA is looking at the potential Economic Research Services (ERS), National Agricultural Statistical Service (NASS) has a requirement for a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform all tasks as defined in this Statement of Work.

Please refer to the Statement of Work when providing information for this RFI. Responses to this request will help determine the acquisition strategy for any future solicitation.

Submission Instructions: Interested vendors are invited to submit a response to this RFI by 1600 ET on 05 January 2023, to the attention of Jacob Toft, Contracts Specialist, Jacob.toft@usda.gov. All questions are asked to be submitted inwriting to the Primary Point of Contract and will be addressed accordingly. Responses should be no more than 5 pages and include the following information: Organization Name. Contract Name, e-mail address and phone number. Organizations SAM UEI number.

Business size status for the applicable NAICS code/Do you recommend a different NAICS code? A statement of capability highlighting the vendor’s ability to provide the work defined in the SOW. Would your company submit an offer? Any additional feedback/recommendations are greatly appreciated. Interested vendors are instructed to provide only the data requested. No proprietary classified confidential or sensitive information should be included in your response.

The Government reserves the right to use any nonproprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s). Any additional information will not be reviewed by the USDA.
