This procurement is for replacement of Boudin and Lawson sowing line equipment damaged in a fire at the Lucky Peak National Nursery and replacement of a failing component at the ToumeyNational Nursery. The Government anticipates this being a sole source requirement due these being replacement parts for sowing machine items manufactured by Bouldin & Lawson LLC (see attached Justification and Approval for additional information).
Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these items are invited to submit offers in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation. Alternate Parts will be authorized if they are an approved alternate part that satisfies all form, fit, and function requirements of the original parts and conform to the approved configuration. All parts shall be NEW approved parts
