The NY National Guard is requesting quotes to provide meals for the 727TH L&O MP, supporting the 107th MPs, from 3 January 2025 - 5 January 2025, at Camp Smith Training Site Cortlandt Manor, NY.

Delivery Location: 727 L&O MP DET BLDG 504 CAMP SMITH, CORTLANDT MANOR, NY, 10567 Delivery/ Drop off time, 15 mins prior to meal start time. Meal start time; 0600hrs Breakfast and 1700hrs Dinner.

Quotes are due to meghan.a.sheridan.civ@army.mil via email on 19-DEC-2024 at 9:00 AM EST. This requirement is a small business set-aside. Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the scope of work and 21-day menu attached. If the government determines it necessary, the government will inspect meals to ensure the quality standard described in the Scope of Work has been met. Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract. Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered, partial quotes will not be considered. The awardee will be invoicing in the WAWF system. All Offerors must be registered and active in SAM.GOV.

Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
