The NYARNG intends to award to a small business who offers the lowest price for lodging that meets all criteria of the SOW with an active sam.gov registration. The awardee will submit all Invoices in WAWF. All hotels must meet the standards of the SOW (Attached) (including google rating of 3.5 and above) and the government reserves the right to inspect before award and at any time of the contract duration.
