BlackBerry Athoc / Mass Notification Warning System

SUBJECT: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for; Blackberry AtHoc System, U.S Naval Hospital Naples Italy 1.) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

2.) The Solicitation ID for this requirement is 12061673, This Requirement is being solicited under full and open competition as a brand-name or equal requirement for Request for Quotes (RFQ). 3.) This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses from Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FAC 2024-02; and supplemental Regulations from the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DFARS Change 12/22/2023.

4.) This requirement is being solicited as a small business set-aside under the NAICS code 518210. 5.) The table below provides the itemized list of materials required for this requirements, interested parties shall fill the table with applicable information as it pertains to this requirement; i.e Unit price, extended price, estimated delivery, etc. (PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT) 6.) Offers are due 20 Mar 2024, by 1300 EST. 7.) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition 8.) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services is incorporated in this requirement as prescribed IAW FAR 12.301(C).

The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the offeror whose offer conforming to the Solicitation will be most advantageous to the government. The government will evaluate quotes based on price, technical acceptability, and conformity to the solicitation. 9.) Potential offerors must provide a complete copy of the provision 52.213-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with their offer.

10.) The Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. 11.)
