Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for the United States Department of Agriculture that expires on 12/31/2024 in Hamilton, MT at the Ravalli County Airport. The Government requires Office and related space yielding a minimum of 2867 ANSI/BOMA office area and 7 acres of land. The space must be located on airport property and be contiguous.

(Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space).
