The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service, Property and Procurement Services (PPS), Incident Procurement Operations (IPO) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in support of the National Incident Support Cache for the purchase of 130 Tent Fly – Sunscreens, 20x20 with guyropes and dowels, to be delivered to two (2) locations. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. NAICS code 314910 Textile Bag and Canvas Mills; Small business size standard of 500 Employees.

Product Service Code 8340 Tents and Tarpaulin. Prospective quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov), in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and are encouraged to be associated with NAICS 314910 or meeting the size standard for that NAICS prior to award.
