Grease trap maintenance and cleaning on a quarterly basis. You will provide services quarterly beginning the Month of January 2025 and continue each 3 months for a total of 9 months for the fiscal 2025 year. Cleaning for quarter 1 is estimated to take place January 2025 - March 2025 and will be scheduled with the Complex Food Service Administrator. Security clearances will be completed before any work is to be completed on site.

The scope of the duties includes a thorough assessment, efficient waste removal, and proactive maintenance. During cleaning, you will scrape the walls and baffles of the grease trap to remove any adhered grease buildup thoroughly and ensure that the collected grease is disposed of correctly in compliance with local regulations. This service will be conducted at 4 locations within the complex. The following tank sizes and locations: Camp - 3 grease trap tanks at 3,000 a piece.

Total 9,000 gal Low I - 3 grease trap tanks at 2,000 a piece. Total 6,000 gal Low II - 2 grease trap tanks at 5,000 a piece. Total 10,000 gal USP-Medium - 3 grease trap tanks at 7,500 a piece. Total 22,500gal
