Description
As published on SAM.gov.
The USDA Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Veterinary Services (VS), intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole-source basis to Advanced Control Corporation, Inc., for the modernization of the existing EcoStruxure Building Operation system at the USDA APHIS VS Animal Import Center located in Miami, Florida.
The requirement includes replacing obsolete building automation controllers, integrating replacement components with the existing system, and performing associated programming, testing, and commissioning. Advanced Control Corporation originally installed and currently maintains the existing system. The proposed modernization requires compatible equipment and integration with proprietary controls while retaining functioning infrastructure and maintaining essential temperature monitoring and control capabilities.
