This will be a Firm Fixed Price purchase order with payment being made via IPP.gov only after all items have been delivered. Attention there are two different delivery sites, half the order goes to Williams AZ 86046. The other half goes to Fredonia AZ 86022 All fencing, barb wire and smooth wire MUST be Made in USA, no exceptions.
