This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.301(a)(2)(i) requiring the dissemination of information on proposed contract actions. The U.S. Peace Corps intends to award a Single Source Purchase Order to Greenleaf Integrative Strategies, LLC for Trauma-Informed Training Integration & Consultation, 3033 Wilson BLVD, SUITE700, Arlington, Virginia 22201-3868 for Trauma Informed Care Training Integration and Consultation.

The period of performance for this effort will be a base period of six months. The procurement will be issued under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106(b), Soliciting from a single source, and using simplified acquisition procedures per FAR Part 13. The Peace Corps anticipates the award of firm-fixed price purchase order. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training.

The Peace Corps is seeking to procure Trauma-Informed Training Integration & Consultation to the Peace Corps Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Team, program implementing offices, program working groups and other appropriate internal stakeholders to identify best practices for trauma-informed care, support and responses to sexual assault reported by Peace Corps Volunteers/Trainees. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective of the Peace Corps.
