Carnero Stucco Repair Project

This requirement is for the Carnero Stucco Repair Project, Rio Grande National Forest, CO. This procurement is a set aside for total small business. The NAICS code is 238390 - Other Building Finishing Contractors and the Small Business Size Standard is $16.5.

Description of Requirement: Removal of existing security structures on windows. Remove existing stucco: Will consist of removal of existing stucco, metal lath and felt paper. Materials will need to be transported to and disposed of at a landfill. Repair existing areas that have issues. This work will consist of replacement of existing wall framing that has been heavily damaged due to the cracking or wood rot from snow and rain. Apply new stucco: A. Placement of new felt paper. B. Placement of metal lath with Galvanized Steel Stucco Netting and Galvanized Steel Stucco.

Netting:

a) Placement of Scratch Coat;

b) Placement of Brown Coat; c). Placement of Finish Coat. A Solicitation with instruction on how to submit an offer will be posted on January 20, 2025.
