Synopsis - Furnace & HVAC Replacement, Multiple Buildings - Blackwell Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service, Procurement & Property Services (PPS), Special Projects Operations Center, (SPOC), East Branch, is inquiring from all interested small businesses having the capability to perform the work described below. Please Note: Paper copies of the solicitation will not be made available. The project consists of removing and replacing ten (10) split systems (80kBtuH gas-fired furnaces and 3-ton condensing units) with new energy star rated systems, replacing two existing gas-fired furnaces with new Energy Star and ASHRAE 90.1 rated furnaces of the same nominal BtuH rating (100kBtuH and 80kBtuH), and additional duct work.
