Pine Ridge Job Corps Venter Dorm 2/3 Exterior Rehabilitation

Work for this project requires the contractor to be responsible for for furnishing and supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery and all necessary valid licenses for the work summarized as follows:

Sliding, Sheathing, Insulation, and flashing Installation Roof modification, removal and reinstallation of windows, doors, and gutters/downspouts. Deck Removal and removal/reinstallation of other exterior components and minor exterior site work on existing dormitory. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.

This Pre-solicitation Notice seeks to provide information to interested parties about potential opportunity to perform the construction, additions, alterations, or maintenance and repairs as described above. This Pre-solicitation Notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Respondents are advised that the United States (U.S) Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Pre-solicitation Notice.

All costs associated with responding to this Pre-solicitation Notice will be solely at the responding party's expense. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the U.S Government to form a binding contract. The solicitation will be on or about 12/27/2024, no additional information is known at this time.
