Intent to Sole Source - Santee Experimental (Methane Sensor)

This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source The USDA, Forest Service intends to sole source the purchase of a research-grade methane (CH4) sensor to LI-COR, Inc., Sam UEI #GTDVYFYXCFF7 in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) – soliciting from a single source. The sensor is required for field-based studies using eddy covariance methodology. The instrument will be used in conjunction with an existing eddy covariance system (sonic anemometer, CO2/H2O infrared gas analyzer, electronic datalogger, etc.). The serial/product # for the methane (CH4) sensor package is LI-7700.
