InfoMine USA, Inc. Mine and Mill Cost Data Services and Tools Subscription

The USDA Forest Service intends to solicit and award a non-competitive, firm fixed price Contract to InfoMine USA Inc. to purchase a subscription for access to its Mine and Mill Cost Data and Reclamation and Bond Cost Estimation and Modeling Tools to include:

1. Mine Cost Estimation and Modeling Tools (Surface Mining Techniques) 2. Mine Cost Estimation and Modeling Tools (Underground Mining Techniques) 3. Mineral Processing Cost Estimation and Modeling Tools 4. Financial Analysis and Evaluation Tools 5. Curriculum of Online Technical Training for mining and milling, and mine reclamation.

6. Floating License and Additional Licenses These subscription services are to be delivered to the USDA Forest Service, Land, Minerals, and Geology Program, Washington Office, Washington, District of Columbia, for one base year and four option years, for a total of five years. InfoMine USA is the only known source to provide the required subscriptions.

In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the Agency however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The anticipated award date of the contract is 8/16/2024. The anticipated award will be a firm fixed price contract. A vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be awarded the contract.
