Presolicitation - Phosphate Foam Disposal

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Veterinary Services (VS) requires the removal of several containers of phosphate foam from their facility in Kansas City, MO. This acquisition will be performed using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures. This procurement will be conducted as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 562112. The intent is to award one fixed price purchase order. Solicitation will be posted on or about May 8, 2024.
