EYNF Sole Source Linkpass Lenel System

This is NOT a request for quote. This is a special notice prepared in accordance with FAR 5.2 “Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions”. There is no solicitation available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will receive no response. This proposed contract action is published to notify potential sources that the Forest Service intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract to Business Tele Communication Inc (BTC).

The product Linkpass Lenel System operates on a stricter security protocol and are mandated for the USDA ePACS-Linkpass Building Access system. The contractor, Business Tele-Communications, Inc. (BTC) is the original installer of the Lenel OnGuard security system in the Catalina HQ building and the El Portal VC building.
