This is not a Request For Quote: This is a special notice prepared in accordance with FAR 5.2 “Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions”. There is no solicitation available at this time. This proposed contract action is published to notify potential sources that the USDA Forest Service, International Institute of Tropical Forestry (IITF) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract to Centro Para La Conservación (CEBSE).

SCOPE: To Provide Technical Assistance and support to IITF (International Institute of Tropical Forestry) for completion of on-going conservation activities for technical assistance, technology transfer, long-term research, biodiversity monitoring, and climate-change adaption Dominican Republic and United States.
