Notice of Intent - FiscalNote This is a notice of intent to award a single source contract to FiscalNote for the product CQ Roll Call in accordance with FAR 13. This is a subscription for services including legislative tracking and analysis. This Notice of Intent is not a request for proposals or quotations.

Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer. If any interested party that believes they can meet the above requirement, they should submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement will be advantageous to the Government.

If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government. All responses must be submitted to the Government no later than September 9, 2024 via email to Caroline.Russell@usda.gov
