The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) and Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) intend establish multiple 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Hazardous Waste and Special Waste Collection and Disposal. This acquisition will be performed using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures. This procurement will be conducted as Full and Open under NAICS code 562112. Solicitation number 12639524Q0086 will be posted on or about March 14, 2024. Any questions or inquiries must be emailed to the contracting office personnel identified in this notice.
