ITS Gateway Maintenance & Support

The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) exchanges official organizational message traffic using automated information systems. We provide the high-level messaging switch to DIA and its backsides that communicate via legacy messaging formats and Information Transport Service (ITS) Extensible Markup Language (XML) automated information systems to communicate out to the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), other federal agencies and ally/partner countries.

This contract is to buy the I-Gate licenses and maintanence needed to be able to use the different I-Gate software and components that DIA needs to be able to succesfully execute the mission. The governement expects to accomplish under this contract, I-GATE licenses and maintanence for a base +4 years to be able to ensure we have support for the I-GATE application. The limitation of this contract do not allow for new engineering efforts that DIA may require and would have to be done under another contract. The licenses are perpetual.
