USAGM Sao Tome Transmitting Station Decommissioning Support - Hazardous Materials Removal and Off-Island Disposal

The Government is conducting a SOURCES SOUGHT to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to provide services to identify, collect, containerize, transport and dispose of hazardous materials (hazmat) and contaminated soils from the USAGM Transmitting Station in Sao Tome, Sao Tome and Principe. There are no hazmat disposal facilities on Sao Tome. Waste must be exported to a country with appropriate regulatory and disposal infrastructure. Gabon has been identified as a potential receiving country.
