W9124D24R0089 Aircraft Lift Tickets Intent to Sole Source

This is a non-personal services contract to provide aircraft lift tickets with a training area available for parachute training jumps that accommodates 24/7 access for Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved aircraft (Twin Otter), that can drop parachutists from 3,500-12,500 feet per jump and a United States Parachute Association competition certified drop zone for the UASPT GKX 2024/2025 competition season. The government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the service herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government.
