Notice of Intent - Follow On Contract

The US Army Corps of Engineers intends to negotiate, on a non-competetive basis, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(iii) "Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements", to Curtin Maritime Corp. to provide maintenance dredging in San Juan Harbor.

The work required was previously awarded to the aforementioned through contract W912EP23C0017 on June 09, 2023. The Government intends to modify the current award to proceed with the optional work as intended. The terms of the renewed award will mirror precisely the original option included in the contract and, if awarded, will be performed in conjunction with the current, active contract.
