The U.S. Pretrial Service Office for the District of Oregon intends to procure residential halfway house services for federal defendants and material witnesses in the catchment area identified as Southwest Oregon which includes the county and or boundries of Jackson and Josephine Counties. Required halfway house services may include provding the following:
housing federal, high risk (violent/gang affiliated) defendants and material witnesses, drug and alchol testing case management services (employment assistance). The U.S. Pretrial Services Office for the District of Oregon intends to procure these halfway house services by issuing a solicitation and awarding a Blanket Purchase Agreement(s).
THe solicitation will be issued on July 15, 2025. Any vendor intersted in receiving a solicitation must contact the following individual, U.S. Pretrial Services Contracting Officer Adrian Oliveros, by email at adrian_oliveros@orpt.uscourts.gov. The proposal deadline is 3:00 PM local time on August 24, 2025. Interested vendors must repond timely to the solicitation's proposal deadline. Proposals must demonstrate that a vendor can provide services in accordance with all solicitation requirements.
