FY26 Treatment Services: Eastern District of Missouri

The United States Probation Office for the Eastern District of Missouri intends to procure treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision using Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for services beginning October 1, 2025. The total duration of the BPA, including the exercise of four 12-month options, shall not exceed 60 months. BPAs are being solicited for the following:

Drug Testing Collection and Substance Use Treatment: required services may include, but are not limited to, urinalysis collection, sweat patch application/removal, assessments, substance use cognitive based counseling (individual, group, and/or family), and transportation.

0865-26-35D Substance Use Treatment & Drug Testing Collection for St. Francois County Interested vendors must respond on time, and clearly show: they can provide services within the catchment area with a facility available for use, such services will be provided by a professional meeting the criteria required, and prices of such treatment shall be as low or lower than those charged the vendor’s most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions.

Please note those instances wherein multiple counties/zip codes are referenced as a catchment area, the vendor must only have one site somewhere within one of the counties/zip codes identified as the catchment area. Interested providers will receive e-mail notification when the Request for Proposals (RFP) have been posted on the U.S. Probation Office web page at www.moep.uscourts.gov (under Treatment Services).
