This Statement of Work (SOW) addresses the need to procure communication equipment that enables Unit-Type Code (UTC) required transmission capabilities of the L3 Harris PRC-163 radios and provides over-the-horizon line of sight (LOS) capabilities with Air Mobility Command/Joint partner aircraft and other PRC-163 users, the adapters will enable the swift transition between SATCOM and LOS communication capabilities for Air Mobility Liaison Officers of the 621st Mobility Support Operations Squadron (621 MSOS) to effectively communicate during Drop Zone, Landing Zone, aircraft ground operations, and Assault Zone Joint-Operations. the following information is requested in this source sought:

2. UEI or Cage Code 3. Interest in nature of participation (example, prime contractor, teaming partner, primary subcontractor. 4. Small Business certification; interested contractors may provide the above information via e-mail to the address listed below. Please also list your small business classification in the body of your email. 5. Provide Capability Statement. 6. Provide feedback on specs contained in the statement of work (SOW) to ensure flexibility and help make this requirement less unduly restrictive.
