The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS for Furniture Bldg Lincoln, Design and Install requirement.

In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a Small Business.
