Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with Three Pines Leasing LLC;  Ste 291 Fitzgerald Hwy, Ocilla, GA 31774-3719. The requirement is to provide 2 Modular Budlings. The NAICS code is 332311. The authority for this non-competitive award is Title 41 U.S.C. 1901 (or Title 41 U.S.C. 1903 for Special Emergency Procurement) as implemented by FAR Subpart 13.5. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS, and a solicitation will not be issued.
